We are seeking a talented and detail\-oriented QA/Developer to join our team, focusing on both our core **web application and our reporting tool** . In this **hybrid role** , you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our digital products, while also contributing to their ongoing development and enhancement. **Key Responsibilities** \- Design, develop, and execute automated and manual test cases for web applications and reporting tools. \- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business analysts to understand requirements and translate them into effective test strategies. \- Identify, document, and track bugs and issues, ensuring timely resolution. \- Contribute to the development of new features and enhancements for both the web application and reporting tool. \- Develop and maintain test automation frameworks and scripts (e.g., using Selenium, Cypress, or similar tools). \- Perform regression, integration, and performance testing. \- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in reporting outputs. \- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on quality and best practices. \- Maintain up\-to\-date documentation for QA processes, test cases, and development work. **Requirements** Must Have: \- Minimum 3 years of experience \- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. \- Experience in both software development and quality assurance for web applications. \- Proficiency in Python and Java programming language. \- Experience with any automation tools. \- Familiarity with Power BI and validating data/report outputs. \- Understanding of web technologies. \- Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills. \- Good communication skills in English (Minimum B2\) Nice to Have: \- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. \- Familiarity with SQL and database testing. \- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments. **What we offer:** * Permanent contract through Qaracter (100% payroll). * Stable and strategic project in the finance sector. * Continuous training (Coursera license). * Health insurance and corporate benefits. * Collaborative work environment focused on professional development. 📩 Apply now or send us your CV directly!
