Senior AI Engineering Developer

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineering Developer to transform advanced AI technologies into robust, scalable solutions for US clients. You will work closely with US stakeholders, driving AI projects that utilize large language models and cutting\-edge frameworks to enhance client experiences. Join us to contribute to innovative AI projects that shape the future of intelligent applications. **Responsibilities** * Develop, test, and troubleshoot Python\-based AI software leveraging large language models and state\-of\-the\-art AI frameworks * Create and refine prompts, workflows, and evaluation strategies to improve LLM outputs for various applications * Construct and maintain RESTful APIs and embed AI capabilities into scalable production environments * Investigate and assess new AI tools, frameworks, and techniques to enhance solution offerings * Collaborate within an agile, multidisciplinary team to deliver quality results under tight deadlines * Monitor and incorporate the latest advances in AI and LLM technologies into projects * Contribute to internal and client\-facing AI efforts, including chatbots, automation, and intelligent feature development * Take full ownership of deliverables, maintaining clear communication and coordination with US\-based teams **Requirements** * Proven experience developing and debugging Python applications with at least 3 years of hands\-on work * Expert knowledge in prompt engineering and fine\-tuning large language model behaviors * Comprehensive understanding of large language model architectures and their optimal applications * Proficiency using Pydantic for data validation and configuration management * Practical familiarity with AI orchestration frameworks like LangChain or CrewAI * Experience with AI\-assistant tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Gemini CLI * Working knowledge of AWS cloud services and related infrastructure components * Experience integrating workflow automation platforms including n8n, Make, or Zapier * Strong analytical and problem\-solving capabilities * Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively * Ability to work independently while managing responsibilities efficiently * English proficiency at B2 (Upper\-Intermediate) level or above **Nice to have** * Hands\-on experience with the Gemini platform * Familiarity with CrewAI framework * Background in integrating automation solutions * Previous collaboration with US\-based client teams * Knowledge of AI agent creation methodologies
