Experience with utility or component\-based systems like Tailwind or Styled Components. * Experience integrating  **REST**  and  **GraphQL**  APIs. * Familiarity with modern testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress. * Ability to work effectively in fast\-paced, iterative environments. **Nice to Have**   * Experience with  **TypeScript**  (familiarity with interfaces, generics, and type inference is beneficial but not mandatory). * Experience with  **Node.js**  (Express or NestJS) for backend collaboration. * Experience in real estate, analytics, or data\-driven platforms. **Soft Skills** * High attention to detail and care for polished UI and UX. * Proactive, energetic, and collaborative. * Strong communication skills and comfort working closely with leadership. * Ability to thrive in environments where speed, iteration, and direct ownership are key. **About the Role** We are looking for a Senior Front\-End Engineer with strong experience in React for web and solid hands\-on work with React Native or similar frameworks for iOS and Android. You’ll contribute to a high\-impact product used by consumers and investors across the U.S., with a strong focus on performance, usability, and clean interface craftsmanship.  You’ll collaborate closely with the CEO, Tech Lead, and a highly engaged engineering team to guide architectural decisions, deliver new features, and continually improve stability across web and mobile.    **What You’ll Do** * Build and maintain high\-quality web applications using React and Next.js. * Enhance and improve mobile applications for iOS and Android using React Native or equivalent frameworks. * Ship improvements quickly across both platforms, ensuring fast load times, smooth navigation, and polished user experience. * Work on performance optimization, SSG/SSR strategies, routing, and component architecture. * Implement features in collaboration with backend engineers, designers, and leadership. * Integrate REST and GraphQL APIs with solid handling of state, caching, and errors. * Participate in two\-week sprints, daily standups, and regular check\-ins with the CEO. * Contribute to front\-end architecture and best practices as the product continues to scale. * Write and maintain automated tests to ensure reliability and maintainability.
