AI/ML Engineer Tech Lead Manager

We are looking for a **AI/ML Engineer Tech Lead Manager** to act as one of the key leaders within our Data Science discipline. This role combines team management, hands\-on technical contribution and strong product partnership to ensure the delivery of high\-quality, scalable and business\-driven AI solutions. The **Tech Lead Manager** will guide a team of Data Scientists, support planning and prioritization across initiatives and collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to drive clarity, alignment and iterative value delivery. This person will remain technically involved, contributing to experimentation, design decisions, and the development of robust end\-to\-end solutions while helping elevate standards and practices across the discipline.
