Apply now to drive innovation and mentor a collaborative team. **Responsibilities** * Architect data pipelines and back\-end services within a microservices environment * Ensure data quality, reliability, and system integration * Collaborate with architects and engineers to deliver robust, scalable solutions * Implement data and API governance standards * Troubleshoot and optimize data pipelines, microservices, and APIs * Mentor and guide engineers fostering a collaborative team culture * Drive innovation in microservices and back\-end system design * Coordinate deployment processes using CI/CD tools and cloud platforms * Lead efforts to maintain high system performance and scalability * Evaluate emerging data technologies to enhance infrastructure **Requirements** * Extensive experience in microservices, data engineering, and back\-end development with Java, Scala, Python, or Node.js (5\+ years) * Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring engineering teams * Proven experience with Apache Spark, Databricks, Kafka, Cosmos DB, Redis, and SQL/Spark SQL * Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as Git, Jenkins, ArgoCD, and container orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes * Solid knowledge of cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP * Experience designing RESTful APIs with Swagger, JSON, and YAML * Excellent troubleshooting and optimization skills for data pipelines and microservices * Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams * Upper\-Intermediate English proficiency (B2\) to communicate with global clients and teams **Nice to have** * Experience with AI and machine learning applications * Knowledge of Rust programming language * Familiarity with emerging data technologies and trends
