In this role, you’ll influence large\-scale data strategy, work with global teams, and contribute to impactful solutions in a collaborative and innovative culture. With challenging projects, growth opportunities, and a strong engineering community, this is a chance to lead and make a real difference in the data engineering space. **What you will do** * Build consolidated data foundations and dashboards to support workforce analytics; * Develop single sources of truth for business data, ensuring data accuracy and consistency; * Implement and optimize data pipelines, dashboards, and analytics platforms; * Enable advanced analytics and data science use cases, including anomaly detection, recommendation systems, and predictive analytics. **Must haves** * **7\+ years** experience SQL (Snowflake/Cloud platform: AWS preferred); * **7\+ years** of experience Python; * **7\+ years** of Tableau experience; * **7\+ years** experience in data monitoring and troubleshooting preferred; * Upper\-intermediate English level. **Nice to haves** * **7\+ years** workflow orchestration and building end\-to\-end data pipelines (Airflow, GitHub, etc.); * **7\+ years** of strong data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL/ELT frameworks (foundational design for long\-term data usage); * Strong PMO background; * Self\-starter and strong ability to guide/lead self and/or team on projects; * Ability to strategize and lead complex data analysis, working with business leaders and cross\-functional teams to understand and match their strategic and operational needs; * Exceptional ability to distill complex data into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations for both technical and non\-technical stakeholders, including senior management (CEO, VP, SVP). **About us** AgileEngine is an Inc. 5000 company that creates award\-winning software for Fortune 500 brands and trailblazing startups across 17\+ industries.
