### **Job Title** Desenvolvedor de Software Senior ### **Job Description** **Your role:** * Perform code review to the team to ensure that development quality standards are maintained and that the resulting codes are of great functionality; * Participate in technical discussions to create high\-quality, high\-performance software; * Implement and encourage best technical practices; * Ensuring a high level of software quality by following standards, writing unit tests and automating as many tests as possible before delivery; * Provide coaching and technical guidance to junior teammates **You're the right fit if:** * Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science * Advanced English \- daily interaction with USA team * Understanding of server/client base application and environment. * Experience with highly critical real\-time large\-scale distributed client\-server applications (preferably medical). * Experience with Windows applications * C\# and .NET experience * Experience with CITRIX and Terminal Servers. * Experience with SQL \- Structured Query Language; * Experience with Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban and/or SAFe); * Experience with Azure DevOps (former TFS \- Team Foundation Server); * Experience implementing corporate network solutions in the healthcare sector will be considered a plus. **How we work together** We believe that we are better together than apart.
