UI/Motion Front-End Developer English C1/C2 - PART TIME

**Position:** UI/Motion Front\-End Developer **Type:** Part\-Time (remote) **Location:** LATAM / Global (must have good overlap with EST) **English:** C1/C2 preferred **About the Role** We’re looking for a highly skilled **Front\-End/UI Developer** with a strong focus on **motion and animation** to collaborate with a U.S. digital product team. This role is ideal for someone who loves bringing interfaces to life with smooth transitions, polished interactions, and visually engaging motion design. **What You’ll Work On** * Building high\-quality UI experiences * Creating smooth micro\-interactions, transitions, and motion effects * Collaborating closely with designers and the engineering team * Implementing animations where needed (GSAP, Rive, or similar tools) * Working with modern front\-end workflows and component\-based architectures **Required Skills** * Strong experience with **JavaScript** * Advanced proficiency in **Tailwind CSS** * Experience in **UI motion / animations** * Ability to collaborate effectively in English (C1/C2\) **Nice\-to\-Have Skills (Not Mandatory)** * **GSAP** * **Rive** * **Astro** * Experience with transitions, motion systems, interaction patterns * Strong visual/UI polish **Who We’re Looking For** A developer who is: * Detail\-oriented with a strong aesthetic sense * Passionate about motion and front\-end craft * Comfortable working remotely and communicating proactively * Available for part\-time collaboration with good EST overlap
