About the Role: * **Role: Front End Engineer** * **Location: Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil (Hybrid)** * **Employment Type: Contract** **Key Responsibilities** * Develop, maintain, and optimize web interfaces using ReactJS * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to deliver high\-quality features * Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in UI development * Ensure responsive design and seamless performance across devices * Troubleshoot and resolve UI issues throughout development lifecycle **Required Skills \& Experience** * Strong experience with **ReactJS** : * **Mid\-Level:** 3–4 years of hands\-on ReactJS experience * **Senior:** 5\+ years of hands\-on ReactJS experience * Proficiency in **JavaScript (ES6\+)** , HTML5, CSS3, and related front\-end tools * Experience with state management (Redux, Context API, etc.) * Knowledge of version control (Git) and agile development methodologies * Must currently be actively working with ReactJS technologies
