Full Stack Web Developer

We’re looking for a **Full Stack Web Developer (AI\-Powered Web Systems)** who’s excited about the future of **AI\-assisted web development** and ready to help shape how modern websites get built. This role blends frontend engineering, design systems, and hands\-on collaboration with customers as you build production\-ready pages using an AI\-driven web platform. You’ll translate briefs, docs, and design files into polished, high\-quality web experiences while acting as an early power user of the platform. This is a hybrid role that combines traditional frontend craft with emerging AI workflows. **Why You’ll Want to Join** * You will be paid in **USD** (bi\-monthly: every 15th and 30th) * Up to **14 days** of Paid Time Off annually (starting Day 1\) * Observance of **Holidays** (based on your location) * **100% remote setup** so you can work wherever you feel most productive * Collaborate directly with **customers, designers, and engineers** to build live pages * Be an **early team member** shaping the workflow of AI\-powered development * Ship fast, learn faster, and work on production sites visited by real users **What You’ll Work On** **AI\-Assisted Web Development** * Build live web pages from briefs, outlines, and design files using React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS * Refine and correct AI\-generated layouts through prompt engineering and hands\-on adjustments * Extend and maintain design systems for consistency and scalability * Build new sections or standalone pages from scratch when needed **Customer Collaboration** * Communicate directly with customers in Slack, offering technical guidance and implementation feedback * Maintain high attention to detail, polish, and brand alignment across all builds * Manage expectations, clarify requirements, and deliver work on time **AI Platform Feedback and Testing** * Act as an early power user of the platform to stress\-test AI generation workflows * Identify issues, edge cases, and inconsistencies and share clear reports with engineering * Use tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, or Claude to support development efficiency **Cross\-Functional Collaboration** * Work with design and engineering leads to scope work and manage tasks in Linear * Research competitor sites, gather assets, and support cohesive visual storytelling * Share insights that improve the AI engine and overall user experience **What You Bring** * Background in **web development** or a **customer\-facing technical role** * Proficiency in **React** , **TypeScript** , and **Tailwind CSS** * Experience debugging layout, responsiveness, and visual design issues * Proven ability to work directly with clients or creative teams * Track record of building and maintaining sites beyond initial launch * Excellent async communication and ownership in remote workflows (Slack, Linear, etc.) * Strong design instincts and attention to detail * Comfort working in fast\-paced, early\-stage environments **Nice to Have** * Experience with **advanced animations or transitions** * Familiarity with **AI development tools** like Copilot, Cursor, or LangChain * Experience managing or refining AI\-driven workflows * Interest in **building for both human and AI users** — designing websites that agents can navigate and index **How to Apply** Please include: 1.
