Senior Back-end Engineer (Python)

**Requirements:** *Must\-haves* * 5\+ years of software development experience * Experience building full\-stack web applications * Experience with Python * Experience with AWS and other infrastructure tools (such as Terraform) * Experience working in product companies * Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English *Nice\-to\-haves* * Startup experience * Golang experience * Experience with React and Typescript * Experience in the logistics industry * Experience engaging product users * Experience with observability tools * Experience using IaC * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent *What you will work on* * Design and build repeatable, well\-documented processes, code, and distributed systems * Build full\-stack user experiences with a focus on the back\-end * Exhibit thought and technical leadership * Help structure and shape core components of the product
