Overview of the role: The Node Developer position requires a problem solver who combines experience, knowledge, and independence to tackle complex tasks. This role involves architecting backend systems, implementing features at a rapid pace, and contributing to building a world\-class engineering team while maintaining high standards of code quality and innovation. Key responsibilities: \- Architecting backend systems using best practices. \- Implementing and iterating features strategically. \- Working collaboratively and efficiently across functional teams in a fast\-paced early\-stage startup environment. \- Designing, extending, and implementing APIs. \- Maintaining high engineering quality standards through code reviews, unit tests, and analytics. \- Improving engineering productivity through automation and tool development. \- Defining engineering processes for product launches and releases. \- Helping grow the engineering team by conducting technical interviews. Requirements: \- Node.js Experience: 5\+ years of experience in Node development. \- Database Skills: Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases. \- Architecture Knowledge: Experience with microservices and cloud platforms. \- Algorithm Proficiency: Advanced algorithm knowledge. \- Infrastructure Understanding: IT infrastructure knowledge. \- Agile Methodology: Intermediate agile methodologies management. \- Best Practices: Strong understanding of SOLID principles, clean code, and scalable solutions. \- Design Patterns: Knowledge of software design patterns. \- Application Development: Experience developing entire applications from scratch. \- Testing \& Deployment: Experience in automated tests and CI/CD pipelines. \- Version Control: Strong experience with version control systems. \- Language Skills: Advanced English level.
