We have an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled AI Engineer to join our innovative and dynamic team. **AI Engineer \| About You** As an AI Engineer, you are responsible for designing and implementing cutting\-edge AI solutions that drive innovation and efficiency. You take pride in building scalable, secure, and impactful AI systems that deliver real business value. **AI Engineer \| Day\-to\-Day** * Architect and develop AI\-powered services, tools, and products that align with business goals and technical requirements, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance. * Lead end\-to\-end project execution, from initial concept and design through development, testing, and deployment, while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. * Build and integrate AI models using Azure OpenAI and other Azure AI Services, applying best practices in model training, fine\-tuning, and production deployment. * Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to translate business needs into clear technical specifications, ensuring alignment throughout the development lifecycle. * Stay current with emerging AI technologies and tools, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance existing systems or introduce new capabilities. * Work independently and within global teams, contributing to a collaborative and innovative environment while managing tasks with minimal supervision. **AI Engineer \| Skills \& Experience** * 5\+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or related fields. * Strong programming skills in Python and SQL, with hands\-on experience in ML libraries and UI development using Streamlit or JavaScript frameworks. * Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure, including Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and related services. * Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, version control systems (Git), and Azure DevOps workflows. * Experience working with both open\-source and proprietary LLMs, including Retrieval\-Augmented Generation (RAG) implementations. * Knowledge of secure API/web service development and data protection best practices. * Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset for working across teams and time zones.
