Automation and Integrations Engineer

Your primary focus will be building reliable automations, API integrations, and clean data flows across our core tools. You will ensure that information moves seamlessly between CRM, billing, onboarding, support, and internal systems, reducing manual work and improving efficiency across the entire business. This is a highly impactful role where you will create stability, consistency, and scalability across our operational processes and work directly with the Founder. You will directly influence operational efficiency, customer experience, and our ability to scale without friction. What You Will Own Core System Integrations * Build and maintain API integrations between CRM, billing, onboarding, and support systems. * Configure and manage webhooks, authentication, retries, and error\-handling logic. * Ensure clean, consistent, and synchronized data across all platforms. * Maintain integration reliability as the company grows. Automation Workflows * Design and build automation flows using Zapier/N8N (or similar tools). * Create routing logic for leads, onboarding steps, account transitions, and support operations. * Transform manual processes into efficient, automated workflows. * Support cross\-functional teams by enabling fast, stable, and scalable automation. Data Consistency \& Process Stability * Perform basic data reconciliation and integrity checks. * Identify and resolve automation issues proactively. * Implement basic monitoring around workflow failures or sync issues (not infrastructure\-level). * Document all active workflows, integration points, and logic. **Requirements** Experience * 3\+ years in automation, integrations, or workflow engineering. * Experience building production\-grade API workflows and automations. Core Technical Skills * Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and integration patterns. * Hands\-on experience with Zapier, N8N, Make, or similar automation tools. * Ability to write simple Python or Node.js scripts for API calls, data shaping, and small utilities. * Strong understanding of retries, rate limits, and error\-handling principles. * Solid grasp of how different systems sync data and maintain consistency. Nice\-to\-Have * Basic SQL for simple audits and data checks. * Experience with CRM, billing, and customer support systems (any specific tools welcome but not required). * Ability to create simple dashboards or monitoring views to track workflow performance.
