Senior Python Backend Engineer

Flexibility is one of our trademarks; we operate in different team models and formats, maintaining our light, collaborative, and integrated culture, providing equitable opportunities in a space where everyone feels safe and heard. **What you will do:** * Build out and scale backend systems for our AI\-powered interview platform; * Design, implement, and maintain production\-ready APIs that support AI\-driven features; * Help shape and evolve our system architecture for scalability, reliability, and performance; * Collaborate closely with the product team to deliver new features; * Support and enforce best practices for backend engineering, monitoring, testing, and code quality; * Work with cloud infrastructure (Azure) to deploy, monitor, and optimize backend services; * Ensure security, privacy, and compliance in the design and handling of sensitive healthcare\-related data; * Take ownership of features from design to production, with autonomy and accountability; * Contribute to shaping our engineering culture and infrastructure as we grow. **What we are looking for:** * Fluency in English, both written and spoken. * University degree in Computer Science or a related field. * Consolidated experience in backend development using Python. * Proven experience designing and building production\-ready API systems. * Hands\-on experience with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL. * Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred). * Experience developing LLM\-driven applications in production environments. * Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, including testing, version control, and CI/CD pipelines. * Independent and proactive profile, able to deliver end\-to\-end features with minimal supervision. * Ability to thrive in fast\-paced environments, taking ownership and iterating quickly. **Where you will work:** * This is a 100% remote position. **Employment type:** * CLT; * Cooperado; * PJ. **Our benefits include:** **Meal/Food Allowance:** We use the multi\-benefit card, in credit format, providing flexibility for your daily purchases.\* **Unimed Health Plan:** No co\-payment or waiting period for the primary holder.
