Senior Full-Stack Engineer - AI-Enabled Product Builder

We're looking for a Senior Full\-Stack Engineer to join our team and lead product builds from architecture to launch—serving as a technical anchor and thought partner across zero\-to\-one and beyond. This isn't a narrowly scoped dev role. We're looking for someone who builds with purpose—who understands how product and software decisions shape business outcomes. You'll think like a founder, architect like a CTO, and ship like a senior engineer—using AI and modern tooling to move fast and stay sharp. What youll do: * Build for business impact \- Deliver software that solves real business problems and drives measurable results * Own the build \- Architect and implement full\-stack applications across web and mobile using modern frameworks and best practices * Think in systems \- Design infrastructure, data models, and product flows that balance speed, scale, and long\-term maintainability * Drive outcomes \- Translate business goals into clear execution plans and collaborate closely with non\-technical founders, operators, and stakeholders * Lead by example \- Set standards, mentor teammates, and uphold a high bar for engineering quality and delivery * Leverage AI tools \- Use AI\-enhanced workflows (code generation, automation, analytics) to increase throughput and reduce time\-to\-market **Requirements** Technical Expertise \- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, React, AWS services, Tailwind CSS, HTML/CSS, and modern stacks. Full\-Stack Experience \- 5\+ years leading full product builds, ideally in environments where quality and speed both matter. Systems Thinking \- Strong architectural skills across APIs, databases, DevOps, and scalable infrastructure. Business Orientation \- Ability to prioritize and execute technical work in service of business and product strategy. Problem Solving \- Clear thinking and strong debugging skills with a preference for simple, maintainable solutions. Collaboration \& Communication \- Excellent communicator with experience bridging technical and non\-technical teams. AI Fluency \- Exposure to or interest in building AI\-enabled products, LLMs, or data\-driven features Bonus Points **Experience With React Native Or Other Mobile Frameworks.** Background in product studios, consultancies, or accelerator environments. You've launched and maintained an entire product independently.
