Strategically bridges development and operations to ensure scalability, security, and resilience across multi\-cloud environments. Expert in distributed systems architecture, DevSecOps culture, and managing complex delivery pipelines for mission\-critical production systems. **Who You Are** **Infrastructure as Code (IaC)** * **Terraform (Expert):** modular architectures, workspaces, Vault integration, automated pipelines. * **Ansible \& Packer:** building immutable infrastructure, dynamic playbooks, multi\-cloud orchestration. * **Pulumi / Crossplane (Preferred):** declarative cloud integration and Kubernetes\-native infrastructure management. **Kubernetes \& Containers** * Design and operation of **EKS, AKS, GKE, and K3s** clusters at scale. * Advanced use of **Helm charts** , **Kustomize** , and GitOps workflows with **FluxCD / ArgoCD** . * Horizontal/vertical autoscaling, network policies (Cilium, Calico), and secret management via **Vault / Sealed Secrets** . **Pipelines \& CI/CD** * Expert in **GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Tekton** — dynamic, modular pipelines with multi\-stage deployments. * Automated **blue/green** and **canary releases** , progressive rollouts, and rollback automation. * Full integration with testing, code quality, and security scanning tools (SAST/DAST). **Cloud \& Infrastructure** * Advanced proficiency in **AWS, Azure, and GCP** with emphasis on: + Network architecture (VPCs, peering, NAT gateways, transit hubs); + Observability and centralized logging (CloudWatch, Stackdriver, Azure Monitor); + Security and governance (IAM, SCPs, OPA, Cloud Custodian). * Hybrid and edge environments (VMware, OpenStack, Proxmox). **Observability \& SRE Practices** * Full observability stack: **Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Tempo, Jaeger** . * Implementation of **SLIs, SLOs, SLAs** , and *error budget* policies. * Experience with **Chaos Engineering** using **LitmusChaos / Gremlin** . **Security \& Compliance** * Deep expertise in **DevSecOps** and security automation within CI/CD. * Vulnerability and compliance scanning: **Trivy, Grype, SonarQube, Checkov, OPA/Gatekeeper** . * Secret management with **Vault, SOPS, AWS Secrets Manager** . * Alignment with **CIS Benchmarks, ISO 27001, and NIST 800\-53** standards. **Programming \& Automation** * **Languages:** Python, Go, Bash, PowerShell. * Development of internal CLIs, custom automation tools, and API integrations. * Experience with REST/GraphQL APIs and SDK\-based automation for cloud providers. ### **Soft Skills \& Culture** * Strong **Shift\-Left** mindset and **observability\-driven design** . * Proven **technical leadership** and mentorship for DevOps/Platform teams. * Skilled at defining **automation roadmaps** , infrastructure standards, and governance models. * Clear communication with development, security, and business stakeholders. ### **Preferred Extras** * Experience with **feature flag platforms** (LaunchDarkly, Unleash). * **FinOps** cost optimization and multi\-cloud budget management. * Expertise in **multi\-region failover** and highly available architectures. * Active participation in **open\-source communities** and infrastructure automation initiatives. **Being You** Diversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, it’s how we think and who we are.
