We are currently looking for a Staff Backend .NET C\# Software Engineer in Latin America.** As a Staff Backend .NET C\# Software Engineer, you will play a key role in shaping the technical foundation of a modern, scalable platform. You will design, implement, and maintain microservice\-based architectures while ensuring high performance, reliability, and cost efficiency. This position involves collaboration with cross\-functional teams to define technical requirements, contribute to architecture discussions, and implement best practices in cloud\-based systems. You will mentor junior engineers, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive the adoption of modern development practices.
