The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Web Application Development, especially in **Java,Python,PHP and React** , and flexibility and eagerness to adapt and learn new technologies. **Key Responsibilities:** Develop and maintain web applications using Java and React. Utilize AI tools and techniques to improve code quality and development efficiency. Add Generative AI features into applications to solve real problems. Make sure applications are secure, reliable, and easy to use. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers. Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git) and CI/CD practices. **Technical Skills:** Experience in development with expertise in Python and React. Ruby is a nice\-to\-have. Strong understanding of software development principles and design patterns. Experience with relational and non\-relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL). Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, especially AWS. Knowledge of RESTful API design and development. **Soft Skills:** Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and languages. Strong problem\-solving skills and the ability to think critically. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a team\-oriented mindset.
