The Role You’ll Play * Work closely with Product, Design, and QA to build, iterate on, and launch frontend features and interfaces. * Architect and maintain highly usable, reliable frontend systems that serve a growing user base. * Apply engineering best practices, including automated testing, code reviews, accessibility, and performance optimization. * Design simple, intuitive experiences that make complex workflows feel seamless to users. * Contribute to collaborative planning, retrospectives, and product discussions. * Seek diverse feedback to improve your work and elevate the experience for our users. * Take ownership of delivering impactful features that support studio partners and customers. Experience You Bring * Experience developing large\-scale, user\-facing web applications. * Skilled in frontend architecture and experienced with designing services that scale. * Familiar with microservice architectures and building integrations between frontend and backend systems. * Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile processes, and common design patterns. * Able to evaluate new features for impact and identify risks early. * Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive, solution\-focused mindset. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in cross\-functional environments.
