Cloudops Engineer - Brazil

Design cloud setups across GCP/AWS/Azure Monitor, secure, and maintain production systems We are looking for a CloudOps Engineer to strengthen Avidity's global infrastructure team. The team manages the cloud infrastructure of all our projects \- including infrastructure design, implementation, maintenance, monitoring as well as supporting developers with tasks such as container configuration and deployment. Our major focus is hosting web applications using best practices while balancing client budgets to ensure we deliver impactful, high\-quality solutions. Avidity is a specialized software development company with offices in Berlin, Stockholm, and Porto Alegre, Brazil. Since \*\*\*\*, we've partnered with tech\-driven customers in industries such as edtech, digital signage, transportation, events, and e\-commerce, helping them with deep technical expertise or assisting in projects that they do not have time to take on themselves. What you'll get to do Configure, administer, and automate cloud infrastructure Run containers in cloud environments using Docker and Kubernetes Set up and support developers with CI pipelines Design and customize cloud environments for our customers' applications (GCP, AWS, Azure) Support developers in troubleshooting and diagnosing production environments Set up application performance monitoring and ensure continuous operation of applications Manage security\-related aspects such as key management Plan and operate backup strategies For this role, you will specifically work with Docker Ansible SQL Database (mostly Postgres, but not limited to it) Git GitHub actions Other technologies used at Avidity that you may have the opportunity to work with Cloud integrations (e.g., Microsoft Entra) To succeed in this role, we believe you Are located in Porto Alegre or the surrounding region Want to be part of Avidity's long\-term growth and see yourself contributing for more than just a short period Have solid practical experience managing cloud environments Can understand the broader technical context and end\-to\-end goals, not just your own tasks Communicate clearly in a remote\-friendly environment and manage expectations well We offer Work with a multicultural team (daily contact with tech teams in another country, exercising and improving the skills of working remotely, in contact with other cultures besides the practice of the English language); Flexible holidays; Bonuses for referring new colleagues; Health insurance Unimed (Unimax) and dental insurance (Uniodonto); Autonomy and direct influence on the result of your work.
