Full-Stack GTM Engineer

We are Hiring! **🌎 Ubicación: Sao Paulo \- Brasil** We’re hiring a hands\-on engineer to build and maintain the automation layer across Revenue, Operations, and Marketing. This is a *builder role* : you’ll ship real systems that remove bottlenecks and scale our go\-to\-market execution. **🧩 About yavendio:** Yavendio is a company that helps e\-commerce businesses scale their sales through social media using Artificial Intelligence and a suite of agents. Over 500 stores in Mexico, Peru, Colombia, and Brazil trust us, and we continue to grow at a double\-digit rate. **🎯 Role: Full stack developer** **What you’ll build** * End\-to\-end automation for: lead capture → enrichment/dedupe → qualification → routing → follow\-up → meeting confirmation → pipeline hygiene * Integrations between tools (CRM, WhatsApp, email, calendar, payments, internal services) * Event tracking \+ data pipelines to enable reliable attribution and reporting * Internal tooling (scripts/services) to reduce manual ops work and improve speed \+ accuracy * Monitoring/alerts for SLAs, failures, data quality, and funnel drop\-offs **Your responsibilities** * Design and implement scalable workflows using APIs, webhooks, queues, and automation tools * Own the reliability of integrations (debugging, retries, logging, documentation) * Improve core funnel metrics through engineering (speed\-to\-lead, show rate, conversion, time\-in\-stage) * Maintain clean systems of record (properties, lifecycle stages, object relationships, permissions) **Must\-have skills** * Strong coding ability in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript * Solid experience with REST APIs, webhooks, auth (OAuth/API keys), and data models * Comfortable owning integrations end\-to\-end (build, test, deploy, monitor) * Experience with CRMs/automation platforms (HubSpot preferred) * Practical problem\-solver: you ship outcomes, not prototypes **Nice\-to\-have** * n8n / Zapier / Make \+ knowing when to switch to custom code. * AI knowledge (Claude code \+ Cursor \+ MCPs). * Posthog \+ Google Tag Manager. * WhatsApp API providers / conversational commerce. * Stripe \+ subscription / billing events. * SQL basics \+ analytics instrumentation (events, UTMs, attribution). **Location** 📍 São Paulo * 🌟 What do we offer: Competitive salary in USD. * Work directly with founders and a high\-performing senior team. * Real growth path into senior roles or leadership * Culture of speed, impact, and meritocracy * Unique experience working across three LATAM markets at once * Training/learning bonuses. * Opportunity to live in another country.
