Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Python/Go, React, Microservices)

With a strong background in software engineering and leadership, we help companies build high\-performing teams by matching them with professionals who truly fit their needs. **Role Overview** We are hiring a **Senior Full\-Stack Engineer** to join an **Ads Insights** team responsible for the data infrastructure and insights tools that help sellers, agencies, and advertisers discover trends and opportunities on the platform. Over the next **6\-12 months** , the team is focused on building a **more scalable insights platform** , while continuing to support and improve existing products already used by internal and external customers. You will contribute across the stack— **React UI** , **backend services (Python and/or Go)** , and a **microservices** ecosystem—working closely with product and cross\-functional partners to deliver meaningful improvements. **Your Daily Responsibilities** * Work within the team as an embedded software engineer for the Ads Insights team, attending daily standups and technical discussions * Support our internal and external users to help triage bugs and lend technical support/answer questions about our tools and data * Work with our product manager and cross functional partners to improve the product(s) we support today, which could include new UI, backend logic, new data metrics to expose, LLM prompt adjustments, etc * Help pay down technical debt and increase test coverage **Requirements** * 5\+ years building scalable backend systems in production environments * Strong experience with Python and/or Golang, React and microservices architectures * You love diving deep into problems, understanding them from all angles, talking to stakeholders, and designing elegant solutions * You get excited by the prospect of deep\-diving into performance issues, finding the root cause, and implementing solutions that have impact across the application * Deep understanding of distributed systems, databases, and API design * Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and infrastructure as code * Track record of building systems that other engineering teams depend on * Experience with service\-oriented architecture and microservices patterns * Understanding of operational concerns: monitoring, logging, alerting, and debugging * Passion for code quality, testing frameworks, and developer tooling * Background in ad tech or developer experience (preferred)
