The ideal candidate is an expert in both Shopify and WordPress and can develop reliable, high\-quality systems that scale effectively. You will contribute to diverse client projects involving new builds, complex integrations, and ongoing maintenance. **Responsibilities of the role:** • Develop, customize, and maintain Shopify and WordPress websites. • Build responsive, fast\-loading front ends and stable, efficient back ends. • Integrate APIs, applications, and third\-party tools. • Troubleshoot issues, debug code, and ensure consistent quality. • Optimize websites for performance, SEO, and security. • Collaborate with project managers and designers to deliver exceptional results. **Required Experience and Qualifications:** • Minimum of 3 years of professional development experience. • Advanced proficiency in Shopify Liquid, WordPress (PHP), JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and MySQL. • Experience with theme customization, plugin development, and app integrations. • Familiarity with Git and standard development workflows. • Strong debugging and problem\-solving skills, with the ability to work independently. **Preferred Skills:** • Experience working with custom APIs, WooCommerce, or headless setups. • Understanding of accessibility and SEO best practices. • Knowledge of UI and UX design principles. **Personality:** • Takes ownership of projects from start to finish. • Reliable, detail\-oriented, and committed to meeting deadlines. • Passionate about clean, efficient code and high performance. • Strong sense of design, function, and user experience. **Software \& Tools** • Shopify • WordPress • Git • HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL **English Level:** C1, C2, Native **Schedule:** Flexible **Salary and Benefits:** Payment in USD or Local Currency according to candidate's preference.
