We are the core engineering group responsible for building the future of autonomous financial controls. Our mission is to engineer the platform that empowers clients to create and enforce their own real\-time spending rules. As the owners of high\-availability systems that manage balances and limits, we guarantee the integrity of every single authorization. If you are passionate about building scalable, mission\-critical fintech solutions, you belong on the Rules team. **What You'll Do** * Lead the development and maintenance of projects in Golang with deployment on AWS. * Participate in technical analysis and refinement with the product team to translate requirements into actionable solutions. * Design and implement event\-driven architectures and scalable microservices. * Execute Terraform scripts to create, update, and remove resources on AWS. * Monitor applications through logs and metrics, ensuring reliability and performance. * Apply best practices in testing (unit, integration, load) and secure coding. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to ensure architectural consistency and system integrity. * Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence. This is a remote position. A remote position does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a Visa office location. Remote positions may be required to be present at a Visa office with scheduled notice. **Qualifications** * For this role, you must be based in Brazil **Language Skills:** * Proficiency in English at B1 level (Intermediate) or above. **Technical Skills:** * At least 5 years of development experience, with strong expertise in Golang. * Experience with AWS and event\-driven architectures. * Solid experience in designing architectural solutions. * Proficiency with Docker/Kubernetes. * Experience with testing (unit, integration, load). * Ability to work independently in a remote, multicultural team environment. * Excellent problem\-solving and communication skills. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with Terraform, CI/CD, and observability tools. * Familiarity with Postman, Grafana, OpenAPI/Swagger. * Knowledge of microservices architecture. **Additional Information** Visa is an EEO Employer.
