Do not apply if you have only Intermediate English.  **Senior Edge Developer** \- **Key Responsibilities** * **Build and Maintain Core Edge Components** \- Contribute to critical edge\-side components, including a high\-performance agent and command\-line tooling written in Rust. These components support multiple deployment targets such as Kubernetes, virtual machines (Linux and Windows), and serverless environments like cloud functions and CI runners. * **Improve Developer Experience** \- Design and implement features that simplify how developers integrate and operate the platform within their own environments, with a strong focus on usability, reliability, and automation. * **Collaborate on CI/CD and Quality** \- Work closely with a team of senior engineers to enhance CI/CD pipelines, test automation, and overall system robustness across supported platforms. **Technical Requirements** * **Strong Programming Foundation with 6\+ years of coding experience** \- Hands\-on experience with Rust (2\+ years), including asynchronous programming and systems\-level development. Demonstrated ability to write efficient, reliable, and maintainable code. * **Systems and Infrastructure Experience** \- Experience deploying, operating, or troubleshooting production software across a mix of environments such as Linux, Windows, cloud platforms, or containerized systems. * **Collaborative Engineering Practices** \- Proficiency with Git and experience working in collaborative, agile engineering teams. **Preferred Skills** * **Broad Technical Exposure** \- Experience working across multiple programming languages and environments, with curiosity and adaptability when learning new technologies. * **Product and Quality Mindset** \- A strong sense of ownership and quality, with experience delivering production\-grade solutions and collaborating effectively with customer\-facing or solution teams. * **Deployment Environment Familiarity** \- Experience with one or more of the following: Windows environments (services, registry, permissions), Kubernetes and container orchestration, Major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Serverless architectures **Nice to Have** * **Windows Development Experience** \- Familiarity with Windows\-based development and deployment, including: Windows Services, registry management, and permissions, Troubleshooting Windows application deployments, Installer tooling and packaging workflows Due to the high volume of red flag submissions, we will contact only those candidates we wish to advance.
