**Job Summary** As a Sr. Developer you will leverage your expertise in Power Platform Power Apps MS Power BI and MS Power Automate to drive impactful solutions within a hybrid work model. Your role will focus on developing and optimizing applications that enhance business processes particularly in the Manufacturing and Supply Chain domains. You will collaborate with cross\-functional teams to deliver high\-quality solutions that align with organizational goals. **Requirements:** 3 to 6 years' experience. **Required Skills** Technical Skills: * Power Platform, * Power Apps, * MS Power BI, * MS Power Automate Domain **Skills:** Nice to have skills: Domain Skills: Manufacturing and Supply Chain Technology and Custom Service. **Responsibilities** * Develop and implement solutions using Power Platform Power Apps MS Power BI and MS Power Automate to streamline business processes. * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for application development. * Optimize existing applications to improve performance and user experience ensuring alignment with business objectives. * Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Power Platform applications ensuring minimal downtime and high availability. * Conduct regular code reviews and testing to maintain quality standards and ensure robust application functionality. * Work closely with cross\-functional teams to integrate Power Platform solutions with other enterprise systems. * Stay updated with the latest Power Platform features and industry trends to continuously enhance application capabilities. * Document application development processes and provide training to end\-users for effective utilization of solutions. * Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations in all application development activities. * Utilize your domain expertise in Manufacturing and Supply Chain to tailor solutions that address specific industry challenges. * Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns. * Contribute to the companys purpose by developing solutions that improve operational efficiency and drive business growth. * Impact society by creating applications that enhance productivity and streamline processes in key industry sectors. **Qualifications** * Demonstrate proficiency in Power Platform Power Apps MS Power BI and MS Power Automate with a minimum of 3 years of experience. * Possess strong analytical skills to assess business needs and develop effective technical solutions. * Exhibit excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. * Have experience in the Manufacturing and Supply Chain domains which is considered a valuable asset. * Show ability to work in a hybrid model balancing remote and on\-site work effectively. * Display a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and industry trends. * Maintain a detail\-oriented mindset to ensure accuracy and quality in application development.
