LATAM Frontend/Mobile Engineer

We’re looking for a **Frontend Engineer based in LATAM** to help us build fast, intuitive, and thoughtful user experiences for a product used every day. You’ll work closely with product and design, make real architectural decisions, and ship features end\-to\-end. What you’ll do * Build and ship **high\-quality frontend features** using modern frameworks (React, React Native, Next.js) * Translate product ideas and designs into **clean, performant UI** * **Own frontend architecture decisions as the product scales** * **Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend** * **Improve UX, performance, and reliability across the app** * **Move fast without breaking things that matter** What we’re looking for * 2\+ years of experience building production frontend applications * Strong proficiency in **JavaScript / TypeScript** * **Experience with React** (Next.js is a big plus) and **React Native** * Solid understanding of component architecture, state management, and frontend performance * Product\-minded: you think about **why** , not just **how** * **Clear communicator who can work async with a distributed team**
