We're focused on creating a new swap economy because we firmly believe that the swaps market is 5x larger than the cash sales market for collectibles. We believe that enabling a new mode of commerce (trading) will 5x that market size * 100,000 users and growing with bootstrapped profitability * Founded in 2021 * On web, android, iOS * Team size: 18 (8 engineers/product, 10 ops) * Headquarters: Palo Alto, CA **Responsibilities** \-Write clean code in Typescript using NextJS as the framework. \-Architect database schemas for PostgreSQL database to efficiently store large amounts of data. \-Be involved in conversations surrounding product and strategy. \-A solid understanding of security, scalability, and efficiency for backend infrastructure. \-Understanding of REST API's. \-Hands\-on experience with GitHub (pull requests, branches, commits...). **Must Haves:** \-Experience working on B2C apps  \-Experience working on similar company types as Veriswap (Scale up phase, not 0\-\>1\) \-Leadership experience, leading a team of 3\+ engineers \-Backend experience using NestJS: 4 years\+ \-PostgreSQL: 4 years\+  \-Typescript: 3 years\+ \-Google Cloud Run, Google Cloud SQL, GCP: 2 years\+ \-Direct work experience with Product Managers/UX Designers
