In this role, you will evaluate, review, and enhance AI\-generated code by assessing correctness, efficiency, and clarity. You will provide structured feedback and create domain\-relevant content to help improve AI model performance. This is a remote, flexible opportunity suitable for engineers seeking project\-based, asynchronous work. **Key Responsibilities** * Create and answer computer science and programming\-related questions to train AI models * Review, analyze, and evaluate AI\-generated code for accuracy, efficiency, reliability, and best practices * Provide clear, constructive, and structured feedback to improve AI system outputs * Explain programming concepts clearly in Spanish and English, as required by tasks * Contribute across multiple projects based on technical skills and availability * Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field * Proficiency in one or more of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, or C\+\+ * Spanish proficiency required for role\-related tasks; English proficiency preferred * Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem\-solving skills * Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly in writing * Preferred: 1\+ year of relevant professional experience in software development or related fields **Eligibility Requirements** * Candidates must be legally authorized to work in one of the following locations: * Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, Chile, Peru, Guatemala, Honduras, Puerto Rico, or the Dominican Republic **Compensation** * Hourly compensation ranges from **USD $15–$32** , based on task complexity and experience * Payments are issued weekly via supported payout platforms * Contractors are responsible for applicable taxes * Full compensation details are provided prior to task acceptance **Work Arrangement** * Fully remote and asynchronous * Flexible workload depending on project needs * Independent contractor engagement **Equal Opportunity Statement** Selection decisions are based solely on skills, qualifications, and project requirements.
