Senior Fullstack Developer (React)

We analyze, develop, and deliver global solutions to maintain or change our IT systems with our business counterparts. Overall, being part of the IT development department offers you the opportunity to collaborate with exceptional technology and distinguished financial market professionals Work in the hybrid model (3x office and 2x home) **Your expertise** * Software engineer/developer focused on high\-availability, high\-performance and distributed solutions * Coding skills: * Java and React strong coding skills \- Experience with Object\-Oriented Programming, \- * Concurrency, Multithreading, * Design Patterns: * Clear understanding of algorithms and data structures * Java Spring framework: not required but it is a plus * C\+\+ and/or Python: not required but very desirable * Linux/Unix experience * Comfortable with standard SDLC tools such as code repository handling in Git, CI/CD adjustments, testing frameworks * Produce secure and clean code that is stable, operational, consistent, and well\-performing * Design, plan and deliver solutions in a large\-scale enterprise environment * Ability to influence others and advocate for technical excellence, with high degree of attention to detail * Bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent with a focus in computer science or engineering * Experience with low\-latency distributed systems development or electronic trading systems (OMS, Marketdata feeders, Risk engines, algos) is a plus. * Knowledge in Brazil trading environment and business * fluent Portuguese and English \- Daily communication with global teams **About Us** UBS is a leading and truly global wealth manager and the leading universal bank in Switzerland.
