This is a hands\-on role with broad ownership across frontend, backend, and internal tooling. You’ll manage everything from our public\-facing website and landing pages to our agency portal and proprietary agency search engine. You’ll work closely with the founding team to ship features quickly, improve performance and reliability, and help shape the technical direction of the product. This is an ideal role for a developer who thrives in early\-stage environments, enjoys autonomy, and is excited to build and iterate fast. ⸻ **Responsibilities** • Own and manage Vendry’s full technical stack, including: • Frontend website and marketing landing pages • Agency portal and internal tools • Proprietary agency search and matchmaking engine • Build, ship, and maintain new features across the product with a focus on speed, quality, and scalability. • Ensure the platform is reliable, performant, and secure as usage grows. • Collaborate closely with product, operations, and leadership to translate business needs into technical solutions. • Stay up to date on modern development trends, tools, and best practices. • Leverage AI\-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) to improve velocity and code quality. • Troubleshoot issues across the stack and proactively improve system architecture. • Document technical decisions and maintain clean, readable codebases. ⸻ **Qualifications** • 3\+ years of experience as a software developer or engineer. • Experience working in a startup environment is a must. • Strong experience with modern frontend and backend development. • Comfortable owning projects end\-to\-end, from idea to production. • Familiarity with databases, APIs, and search or filtering systems is a plus. • Experience building or maintaining SaaS products or internal platforms is strongly preferred. • Curious, self\-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment. • Strong problem\-solving skills and clear written communication. ⸻ **Compensation** • Salary: $2,000–$4,000 USD per month, depending on experience and scope. • Full\-time, remote role. ⸻ **Why Join Vendry** Joining Vendry means having real ownership over a product that’s redefining how brands find agency partners.
