We are looking for a skilled and collaborative DevOps Engineer to join CI\&T’s global delivery team. You will be responsible for designing, automating, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure solutions that empower high\-performance software development. Working with global teams across Brazil and EMEA, you will help CI\&T deliver secure, scalable, and resilient systems for world\-class clients. **Main Responsibilities:*** Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps. * Implement and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible. * Set up container orchestration environments using Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift. * Configure observability and monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, ELK). * Manage cloud\-based infrastructure and services in AWS, Azure, or GCP. * Automate deployment, scaling, and maintenance of production environments. * Collaborate with developers, SREs, and architects to ensure efficient and secure software delivery. * Monitor system performance and troubleshoot infrastructure and service issues. * Ensure security best practices (DevSecOps) are followed across pipelines and infrastructure. * Contribute to scripts and tooling for automation of operational tasks and audits. * Support platform governance, documentation, and cross\-team enablement efforts. * Participate in Agile ceremonies and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement. **Requirements:*** Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure Pipelines, GitLab CI). * Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python) and version control (Git). * Strong hands\-on knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, GKE, or OpenShift). * Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible). * Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). * Experience with monitoring/observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Kibana, CloudWatch). * Advanced English (spoken and written) to work with international stakeholders. **Nice to Have:*** Exposure to GitOps practices and tools (ArgoCD, Flux). * Experience in DevSecOps, vulnerability scanning, and security hardening. * Experience in managing hybrid environments (cloud/on\-prem). * Certifications such as AWS DevOps Engineer, CKA, Azure DevOps Engineer, or equivalent. \#LI\-GP1 **Our benefits:*** Health and dental insurance * Meal and food allowance * Childcare assistance * Extended paternity leave * Partnership with gyms and health and wellness professionals via Wellhub (Gympass) TotalPass; * Profit Sharing and Results Participation (PLR); * Life insurance * Continuous learning platform (CI\&T University); * Discount club * Free online platform dedicated to physical, mental, and overall well\-being * Pregnancy and responsible parenting course * Partnerships with online learning platforms * Language learning platform And many more!
