Lead Machine Learning Engineer

We are looking for a **Lead Machine Learning Engineer** specializing in AI Engineering to spearhead our GenAI initiative. You will architect and oversee scalable backend infrastructures that support LLM\-driven applications utilizing OpenAI APIs, focusing on robustness and efficiency. Join our innovative team to drive advanced AI developments and elevate your professional journey. **Responsibilities** * Design and enhance backend systems for AI and LLM\-powered applications * Deploy and scale LLM applications within cloud platforms * Establish CI/CD workflows for seamless deployment automation * Track and fine\-tune AI service performance * Maintain comprehensive observability and logging for LLM API usage * Partner with DevOps and AI/Data Science teams to improve system stability * Oversee cloud infrastructure management, preferably on Azure, for AI workloads * Develop APIs and microservices that enable AI\-driven features **Requirements** * 5\+ years of experience in machine learning engineering with backend emphasis * Proficient in OpenAI API integration and AI service deployment * Deep knowledge of MLOps and CI/CD technologies like Orion, ArgoCD, and Opsera * Experience with monitoring solutions such as Grafana, Dynatrace, and ThoughtSpot * Strong familiarity with cloud environments, especially Azure, plus Apache Spark and Databricks * Expert\-level Python programming and microservices design skills * Fluent English communication at B2 (Upper\-Intermediate) level **Nice to have** * Understanding of data science approaches * Hands\-on experience with natural language processing methods * In\-depth knowledge of OpenAI API capabilities
