Chief Machine Learning Engineer

In this role, you will architect and sustain high\-performing backend systems that leverage OpenAI APIs and large language models, ensuring scalability and reliability. Join us to lead the development of advanced AI agents and elevate your career within a forward\-thinking team. **Responsibilities** * Design and enhance backend architectures for AI and LLM\-powered systems * Deploy and scale LLM\-driven applications across cloud platforms * Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for smooth automation of deployment * Oversee the health and efficiency of AI services through performance tuning * Implement comprehensive observability and logging for LLM API usage * Partner with DevOps and Data Science teams to boost system robustness * Administer cloud infrastructure, focusing on Azure, for AI application hosting * Create APIs and microservices aligned with AI agent functionalities **Requirements** * 7\+ years of expertise in machine learning engineering with a backend emphasis * Proficient in integrating and utilizing OpenAI APIs for AI service development * Experienced with MLOps and CI/CD frameworks such as Orion, ArgoCD, and Opsera * Competent in monitoring tools like Grafana, Dynatrace, and ThoughtSpot * Strong background in cloud technologies, particularly Azure, Apache Spark, and Databricks * Advanced skills in Python programming and microservice architecture principles * Fluent English communication skills at B2 (Upper\-Intermediate) level **Nice to have** * Familiarity with data science approaches and techniques * Hands\-on experience with natural language processing methods * In\-depth understanding of OpenAI API capabilities and applications
