System Engineer (Java / Spring Boot / Cloud)

Our culture of growth and empathy focuses on your long\-term career development while valuing your unique skills and experiences. **Your Role And Responsibilities** We are looking for a System Engineer with strong experience in Java and Spring Boot, solid exposure to cloud platforms, and the ability to work independently on moderate to complex development stories. This professional will play a key role in building scalable, resilient systems aligned with software engineering best practices. **Responsibilities** Design, develop, maintain, and enhance backend applications using Java and Spring Boot; Work independently on moderate to complex stories, from requirements understanding through delivery; Contribute to the design of scalable, secure, and high\-performance technical solutions; Work with cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP), supporting deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting; Ensure code quality through best practices, automated tests, and code reviews; Collaborate with cross\-functional teams including architecture, product, QA, and operations; Participate in the on\-call rotation, being on call for one week every three months to support application stability and availability; Identify and drive continuous improvements in architecture, performance, and observability. **Preferred Education** None **Required Technical And Professional Expertise** Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot; Hands\-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, and/or GCP); Ability to work independently and proactively; Experience developing backend systems and RESTful APIs; Knowledge of version control (Git) and CI/CD practices; Strong communication skills and ability to work in collaborative environments; Fluent English; Dev work Will be on call for a week once every 3 months.
