Full Stack Engineer

**Summary** We’re looking for a **Full\-Stack Engineer** to join a fast\-growing healthcare technology team. This is a high\-impact role where you’ll help design, build, and scale high\-performance applications that deliver meaningful healthcare insights to users around the world. **Location:** Remote (Portugal or Brazil) **Salary:** Up to €55k/year **What You’ll Do** * Design, develop, and maintain clean, testable, and scalable code across the full stack. * Take ownership of your work and contribute to building reliable, high\-quality products. * Participate in collaborative code reviews to continuously improve team standards. * Troubleshoot complex issues and deliver efficient, high\-performance solutions. * Select appropriate tools and technologies based on technical and business requirements. * Work closely with a team of skilled engineers in a collaborative environment. * Follow software engineering best practices and strive for continuous improvement. * Contribute to the development of scalable systems supporting multiple healthcare markets. **What We’re Looking For** * Strong experience with full\-stack technologies, including **HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, Python, Django, and Kafka** . * Experience with modern frontend frameworks or libraries such as **React, Vue, or Next.js** . * Solid understanding of testing frameworks, including **Jest** and **React Testing Library** . * Proficiency with **Git** and modern version control workflows. * Good knowledge of object\-oriented programming principles and software design patterns. * Experience working in collaborative, multi\-team environments with large codebases. * Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment processes is a plus. * Exposure to cloud platforms such as **AWS, GCP, or Azure** is a plus. * Strong written and spoken **English** skills. **Personality \& Behavioral Traits** * Passionate about learning and sharing knowledge with others. * Self\-motivated, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of work. * Enjoys working in a fast\-paced, growing team using modern technologies. * Values collaboration, problem\-solving, and contributing to products with real\-world impact.
