Sr. Python Engineer - State-of-the-art AI Agents

With a strong background in software engineering and leadership, we help companies build high\-performing teams by matching them with professionals who truly fit their needs. **Role Overview** We are seeking an experienced Engineer (5\+ years of experience) with strong **Python scripting skills** and hands\-on experience working exclusively with **Large Language Models (LLMs) and state\-of\-the\-art (SOTA) agent\-based systems** . The ideal candidate has built, experimented with, and scaled LLM\-driven solutions, and is comfortable working with web scraping and data ingestion pipelines to support AI applications. **Duration: 6\+ months** **Commitment:** 40h/week, 4h/day overlap with PST **Model:** Contract, time and material **Location:** **India, Pakistan, Nigeria, Kenya, Egypt, Ghana, Bangladesh, Turkey, Brazil, Mexico** **Interview Process: Technical Interview with live coding challenge focused on Python (60 mins) \+ Technical/Cultural Interview** **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain Python\-based scripts and services for LLM\- and agent\-driven systems * Design, build, and optimize SOTA LLM workflows and autonomous agent architectures * Implement and maintain web scraping pipelines for structured and unstructured data collection * Analyze, debug, and improve agent behavior, prompt logic, and system reliability * Integrate LLM\-based components into end\-to\-end application workflows * Ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability of AI\-focused systems * Stay current with advancements in LLMs, agent frameworks, and applied AI techniques **Requirements** * 5\+ years of professional experience as a software engineer * Strong proficiency in Python scripting and development * Hands\-on experience working primarily or exclusively with LLMs and SOTA agent systems * Experience with web scraping, data extraction, and preprocessing * Strong debugging, analytical, and problem\-solving skills * High attention to detail and code quality **Benefits** * Work in a fully remote environment * Opportunity to work on cutting\-edge AI projects with leading LLM companies
