Fullstack TypeScript Engineer (Node.js,Fastify, React, Next.js)

**Senior Full\-Stack Software Engineer (Node.js / Fastify / React / Next.js)** Radity is a global software engineering company. We are seeking a Senior Full\-Stack Software Engineer with strong experience in Node.js, Fastify, TypeScript, React, and Next.js to join our team. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated engineer who is passionate about building high\-quality, scalable web applications and enjoys working across the full stack. **Responsibilities** * Design, develop, and maintain modern full\-stack applications using Node.js (Fastify) and React / Next.js with TypeScript. * Build scalable, well\-structured backend services and APIs. * Develop responsive, high\-quality user interfaces with React and Next.js. * Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and multi\-environment setups using Git. * Leverage cloud\-native services, primarily on AWS. * Design and integrate REST APIs and third\-party services. * Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high\-quality solutions. * Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. * Troubleshoot and resolve issues across frontend, backend, and infrastructure layers. * Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing, and best practices. **Qualifications** * Minimum 4\+ years of professional experience in software engineering (post\-education). * Strong proficiency in Node.js with Fastify and TypeScript. * Solid experience with React and Next.js. * Experience with SQL databases (preferably PostgreSQL) and ORMs or query builders. * Strong understanding of RESTful API design and integration patterns. * Good knowledge of web fundamentals, networking concepts (DNS, HTTP, proxies), and web application security. * Docker, Containers, Git workflows and CI/CD pipeline management. * Fluent in English, both written and spoken. * Background in finance or fintech is a plus. * Strong problem\-solving skills with attention to detail. * Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. **What We Offer** * Market\-competitive compensation. * A dynamic, fast\-paced environment that supports professional growth and learning. * Hands\-on experience with modern, cutting\-edge technologies. * The opportunity to work on real\-world, impactful projects. * A collaborative and supportive global team passionate about technology and quality.
