Senior Fullstack Engineer (TypeScript)

Your Role As a Fullstack Engineer at Radity, you'll work on complex and impactful applications using TypeScript across the stack. Were especially interested in candidates with strong backend skills in Node.js and NestJS. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain scalable full\-stack web applications using TypeScript and Node.js and NestJS . * Build and maintain backend services using Fastify and modern API design principles. * Develop responsive and performant frontend applications using React, TanStack (Query/Table/Router), and Mantine. * Design, implement, and maintain data models and database interactions using Prisma ORM. * Integrate with internal and external REST APIs and third\-party services. * Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers in a distributed, cross\-functional team. * Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing, and best practices. * Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the full stack in both development and production environments. **What We're Looking For** * 5\+ years of professional experience in software engineering. * Fluency in English (written and spoken) B2\+ level or higher. * Strong proficiency in TypeScript and backend development with Node.js and NestJS . * Hands\-on experience with Fastify or similar Node.js frameworks (Express, NestJS, etc.) * Solid experience with React and modern frontend tooling, including TanStack libraries. * Experience with Prisma ORM and relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred). * Good understanding of RESTful APIs, backend architecture, and data modeling. * A strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and appreciation for clean, maintainable code. **What's In It for You** * A remote\-first role where you can work from anywhere. * Hands\-on experience with cutting\-edge technologies and real\-world challenges. * Supportive teammates who value quality, learning, and growth. * Opportunities to shape architecture and technical direction. * Flexible hours and a collaborative, open culture. * Support for certifications, learning resources, or professional development.
