**Python Backend Engineer – Media Delivery Platforms** **Location: Brazil (Remote)** **Type: PJ** **Experience: Mid–Senior (5–8 years)** **Key Responsibilities** * Troubleshoot and resolve production and delivery pipeline issues across environments * Maintain and safely update YAML/JSON schema\-driven configurations * Debug and enhance Python automation scripts supporting operational workflows * Perform SQL\-based data investigations to validate integrity and confirm fixes * Analyze logs and metrics to trace failures and perform root\-cause analysis * Work through Git and PR\-based change management with proper documentation * Support media content delivery operations, ensuring metadata and configuration accuracy * Collaborate with global teams to ensure stable, compliant, and reliable releases **Required Skills \& Experience** * 4–6 years of Python experience in production or backend environments * 3–5 years working with YAML/JSON in schema\-validated, production systems * Strong experience in production support, incident triage, and RCA * Hands\-on experience with log analysis, observability, and debugging pipelines * 3\+ years of SQL for production data investigation and validation * Solid understanding of Git, PR workflows, and controlled releases * 2\+ years of media delivery or media supply chain experience (OTT, broadcast, content platforms) * Experience with media metadata, localization, and partner delivery rules * Familiarity with Jinja templating is a strong plus
