Senior Full Stack Developer (AI Experience) | Remote

Roles \& Responsibilities * Develop, maintain, and scale web applications using PostgreSQL, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. * Build, optimize, and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js and Express.js. * Create dynamic, responsive user interfaces using React.js to deliver seamless user experiences. * Design and implement AI workflows using OpenAI to process documents and extract structured information. * Build and manage AI powered automations using platforms such as Zapier, n8n, or similar tools. * Design, develop, and maintain end to end AI workflows integrated into production systems. * Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. * Ensure application performance, scalability, and reliability across the stack. * Troubleshoot and resolve issues across frontend, backend, and AI workflows. **Requirements** * At least 7 years of professional experience working with the MERN stack or similar JavaScript based technologies. * Strong experience building APIs and modern interactive web applications. * 2\+ years of hands on experience building AI workflows and working with prompt engineering. * Experience integrating OpenAI or similar LLM APIs into production systems. * Strong problem solving skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment. * Comfortable collaborating with distributed teams and communicating clearly in English. Nice\-to\-Haves * Experience in healthcare, medical staffing, or marketplace platforms. * Familiarity with automation tools, workflow orchestration, or document processing systems.
