What You Bring * 5\-8\+ years of experience as a UX/UI Developer or Front\-End Developer with a focus on user interface and experience design * Strong React experience * Strong experience in JavaScript * Typescript, and React are asset * Familiarity with version control systems like Git * Experience in Financial Services * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a relevant work experience * Strong problem\-solving skills and a user\-focused mindset Nice to Have * Experience working in regulated or enterprise\-scale environments * Exposure to modern UI architecture patterns and performance optimization techniques What You’ll Do * Work with UX/UI designers to translate designs, wireframes, and prototypes into functional code for web and mobile applications * Develop user interfaces using Java, and frameworks like Vanilla JS * Build reusable UI components and front\-end libraries for future use, maintaining consistency with design systems * Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times, smooth interactions, and minimal technical debt * Work closely with product managers, designers, and back\-end developers to ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and a smooth integration into the product Legal \& Hiring Information * Exadel is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to inclusion across minority, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, and more * Reasonable accommodations are available to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions * Please note: this job description is not exhaustive.
