Webflow Developer

Position: **Webflow Developer** Hours: FT 40h/week Time Zone: EST **Key Responsibilities** \-Convert Figma designs into responsive, pixel\-perfect Webflow builds \-Develop and maintain a scalable components and global styles library within Webflow to ensure brand and design consistency \-Keep the Webflow project organized and structured for efficient collaboration and easy future maintenance \-Build and hand off landing pages and funnels for testing that drive measurable results \-Help implement best practices for CRO — including hierarchy, layout testing, and content variations \-Ensure consistent visual and functional quality across all pages, devices, and browsers \-Collaborate with design and marketing teams to bring concepts to life with precision, creativity, and conversion in mind **Requirements:** \-Proven experience building high\-quality websites using Webflow \-Strong understanding of landing page design principles and ecommerce UX \-Deep knowledge of Webflow’s CMS, component library, and class naming best practices \-Basic grasp of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to be able to communicate with our developers or to embed code into the pages \-Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to error\-free, polished execution \-Strong visual sense and understanding of responsive design principles \-Ability to work independently and meet deadlines without close supervision **Nice\-to\-Have** \-Experience with UI/UX design
