Fullstack Engineer

At **The Human\-Link** , we are looking for a **Fullstack Engineer** to help build and scale data\-driven products used in high\-traffic B2C environments. This role blends strong backend ownership with solid frontend execution, supporting existing features while contributing to platform scalability and performance improvements. **Responsibilities** * Work as an embedded engineer within the team, participating in daily standups and technical discussions. * Triage bugs and provide technical support to internal and external users of the platform and its insights tools. * Partner with product and cross\-functional teams to enhance current products (UI improvements, backend logic, new metrics, LLM prompt adjustments). * Reduce technical debt and increase test coverage. * Investigate performance bottlenecks and implement fixes that improve system reliability and scalability. **Requirements** * 5\+ years building scalable backend systems in production. * Strong experience with **Python and/or Golang** , **React** , and **microservices architectures** . * Experience supporting large\-scale B2C applications with **10M\+ daily active users** . * Deep understanding of distributed systems, databases, and API design. * Experience with **AWS and/or GCP** and infrastructure as code. * Strong platform mindset: monitoring, logging, alerting, debugging, code quality, and testing. * Ad tech or developer experience background.
