Senior Fullstack Engineer - Python & React

Your responsibilities will include: * Architecture \& Scalability: Designing, building, and scaling the core components of their platform, ensuring high performance and unwavering reliability as they grow. * Quality \& Tooling: Directly enhancing the conversation quality of their AI agents and building the tools used by their onboarding and customer success teams. * Omnichannel Experience: Optimizing and unifying the user experience across multiple channels like SMS, email (SMTP), and voice. * Data Systems: Creating robust systems to handle event\-driven workflows and process large volumes of unstructured data. * Evaluation \& Improvement: Contributing to the development of evaluation frameworks for their AI agents, aiming to iteratively increase their accuracy and reduce errors. * Agile Collaboration: Working closely with Product and Design teams to ship quickly, test in production, and iterate based on real customer feedback. Requirements * Fullstack with an AI Focus: You have fullstack development experience and have practically applied AI, with familiarity of language models (LLMs). * Cloud \& Data Proficiency: Strong knowledge of cloud\-based tech stacks (AWS, GCP, Azure) and experience designing and maintaining data pipelines. * Event\-Driven Systems: Experience working with event\-driven architectures and handling unstructured data. * Big Data Tech: Exposure or experience with technologies like ElasticSearch, Snowflake, PrestoDB, or Hadoop is a strong plus. * Startup Mentality: You thrive in a fast\-paced, dynamic environment, are proactive, and take high ownership of your work. * Mindset \& Vision: You are naturally curious, move with speed, and have a strong bias toward building the future of real\-world AI agents.
