**A Snapshot of Your Day** In this role, you will drive our digitalization initiatives forward, ensuring seamless integration with automation systems. Your mission is to transform operational data into actionable insights, securely bridging Operational Technology (OT) and Information Technology (IT) environments. While your primary strength lies in digitalization, a practical understanding of automation, or a strong willingness to learn, will enable you to design robust architectures that support advanced analytics, asset visibility, and performance optimization. **How You’ll Make An Impact** * Act as the technical bridge between digitalization teams, IT/cloud specialists, and automation engineers. * Design and implement secure data pipelines from sensors and control systems to digital platforms. * Configure and maintain industrial applications in hybrid environments (on\-premise and cloud). * Enable scalable solutions for condition monitoring, predictive analytics, and performance optimization. * Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and industrial communication standards. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to translate operational needs into digital solutions. **What You Bring** * Solid experience in digitalization, IoT, and data integration. * Practical knowledge of automation systems (PCS 7, SIMATIC, or similar) or strong motivation to learn. * Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (OPC UA, MQTT, PROFINET). * Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and virtualized environments. * Understanding of industrial networking, cybersecurity, and OT/IT integration. * Hands\-on exposure to edge computing, gateways, and IoT platforms. * Programming skills in Python for automation and data processing tasks. * Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. * Fluent English; additional languages are a plus. **About The Team** Our Transformation of Industry division is decarbonizing the industrial sector.
