GTM Engineer

We are seeking a GTM Engineer (Growth Analyst) to support our team in uncovering insights that drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate is data\-driven, detail\-oriented, and passionate about turning metrics into meaningful business action. **Key Responsibilities** * Design and maintain the go\-to\-market tech stack, including analytics tracking, CRM integrations, data enrichment workflows, outbound infrastructure, and marketing automation * Hands\-on experience with a modern growth stack, including GA4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity, CRM platforms, data enrichment tools (e.g. Clearbit, ZoomInfo), outbound email infrastructure/warmup tools, and API\-based integrations * Analyze product, marketing, and user data to identify opportunities for growth and performance improvements * Support experimentation efforts by designing and evaluating A/B tests and other data\-driven initiatives * Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs across the user funnel, campaigns, and customer lifecycle **Qualifications** * 3\+ years of experience in a data or growth analytics role * Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Amplitude, GA4\) * Understanding of product funnels, experimentation frameworks, and growth metrics (e.g., CAC, LTV, retention) * Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights * Comfort working cross\-functionally with both technical and non\-technical stakeholders * Proficiency in English and ability to work in U.S. work hours (PT/ ET) **Benefits:** * Remote work, forever * Competitive USD pay * Health insurance stipend * WFH stipend * Education stipend * Co\-working membership * Training modules access * Annual performance review * 10 PTO days per year **We are open to full\-time candidates from Latin America and the Philippines.
