Full Stack Developer

**We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer for a 100% Remote, 6 month \+, 1099 contract** **No 3rd Party C2Cs Please.** **Location:** Brazil or Colombia, South America (work remote supporting US based client/project) **Employment Type:** Contract Work, 40 hours weekly **100% Requirement: Must have good verbal \& written communication (English)** We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer IV to lead technical initiatives, tackle complex engineering challenges, and provide mentorship to the team. This role requires expertise in software development, leadership in driving projects, and the ability to design scalable solutions. The ideal candidate will manage the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), contribute to architectural decisions, and collaborate with cross\-functional teams to drive project success. **In This Role You Will:** * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to define and deliver project requirements * Ensure engineering best practices are followed throughout development * Contribute to system architecture and design discussions **Core Competencies for success:** * Expertise in at least one critical system/service and recognized leadership in that area * Proven track record of delivering high\-quality software solutions * Ability to estimate project costs and resource needs * Strong problem\-solving and analytical thinking skills * Effective communication and collaboration skills * Commitment to continuous learning and innovation **Requirements:** * Preference for engineers with full\-stack proficiency, particularly in Vue.js * Proficiency in backend development using Python, SQL, MongoDB and AWS * Extensive experience designing and implementing scalable software solutions * Strong expertise in software development methodologies and best practices * Experience leading teams and managing software projects
