Full Stack Engineer - AI/Agents

**About Able** Able is the AI\-powered front office for Wholesale Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical Suppliers. We're automating the soul\-crushing manual work that buries inside sales teams \- starting with fixture quoting. The wholesale supply chain is a $350B\+ market running on spreadsheets and tribal knowledge. We're building the infrastructure to change that. **About the Role** Full stack Engineer, with a focus on Agents. You'll spec features, debug weird edge cases, scale infrastructure and help us figure out what to build next based on what customers actually need. We're not looking for someone who needs a roadmap handed to them. We're looking for somebody who wants to help build the roadmap. If you see a problem, you fix it. If you don't know something, you learn it. **You're Likely a Fit If** * You've been called 'cracked' * You don't see gaps in experience as barriers to entry * You've designed, built, and shipped something with LLMs or Agents with real users * You're comfortable making decisions and backing up your logic * You default to shipping over planning. Iteration \> Perfection * You've worked in an early\-stage company before or are ready for the chaos **What You'll Do** * Work with the Founding team to collect user feedback, design feature specs, implement updates, and deploy to production * Work across the stack: Python/FastAPI, Next.js/Typescript, Firebase, Docker, AWS, etc * Debug production issues and make them obsolete * Build and improve agent workflows using home grown frameworks and modern SDKs * Help shape the product roadmap * Stay up to date on modern agent architectures/improvements and implement where necessary **Want some Bonus Points?** We've set up an MCP server at \`https://mcp.quoteable.ai/\` \- candidates who know what to do with it will find something useful
